Coach provides instruction , direction, & modifications as needed. Cancellation Policy
To Cancel Please do so within 1 Hour of your session. To SCHEDULE or RESCHEDULE please book 10 hours in advance notice. ALL TRAINING Sessions and RECOVERY Services MUST BE BOOKED prior to use. Strides is NOT responsible if you missed your booking. * Repeated Cancellations without notification is subject to penalty based on discretion. Missed Bookings within the 10 hour time frame are subject to special permission via phone call, in app message or text and personal appointment with a Strides Coach.
