Our Highest Level of Performance Training for the Experienced Athlete or Any Enthusiast who wants to take their life to full potential. This program is built for the highest level of Physical, Mental, and Performance Preparation. The Program Runs 5-6 Days Per Week Based on an Individuals needs. Week Example: DAY 1 | Lower - Strength Explosiveness Power Core & Mobility DAY 2| Upper - Strength Power Mobility Speed & Acceleration DAY 3 | Lower - Strength Power & Mobility DAY 4 | Upper - Strength Explosiveness Power Core Speed & Acceleration DAY 5 | ESCD - Energy System Conditioning Development DAY 6 | Skill Drill Speed & Agility

To Cancel Please do so within 1 Hour of your session. To SCHEDULE or RESCHEDULE please try to do so within 6 hours advance notice. ALL TRAINING Sessions and RECOVERY Services MUST BE BOOKED prior to use. *Strides is NOT responsible if you missed your booking. **Repeated Cancellations without notification is subject to penalty based on discretion
