This Program is Specifically designed for Track and Field Athletes to take their performance to the next level and crush their competition. Whether you are a Sprinter, Thrower, or Long Distance runner your program will be designed for your needs and dependent on the days per week you choose to commit to. Program Design is dependent on the individuals days per week commitment and sport demands: Sprinters and Long Distance Athletes will emphasize training explosiveness, power, and strength. High consideration will be placed on running speed, form, & mechanics as you work with our coaches 1-on-1 to skill and drill exercises that will make you run faster, farther, longer, and more powerfully. Throwers and Jumpers will emphasize a serious focus on strength, power, core, explosiveness, and mobility/pliability to support their skill training and maximize specific sport demands.
To Cancel Please do so within 1 Hour of your session. To SCHEDULE or RESCHEDULE please try to do so within 6 hours advance notice. ALL TRAINING Sessions and RECOVERY Services MUST BE BOOKED prior to use. *Strides is NOT responsible if you missed your booking. **Repeated Cancellations without notification is subject to penalty based on discretion
