This Training Program is Designed for anyone and everyone who wants to take their health, quality of life, physical shape and appearance to the next level. The program is designed for 5 days and gives you the felixibility to get a great workout in on your busy schedule regardless if you miss a day. The Team Training setting is a great atmosphere that challenges you through competitiveness support and guided coaching & instruction. Every day is Utilizes different exercises and every week the program is different in all to progress anyone from any starting point or their health and physical fitness. Weekly Example: DAY 1 | Lower - Strength Power Core & Mobility DAY 2 | Upper - Strength Power Core & Mobility DAY 3 | ESCD - Energy System Conditioning Development DAY 4 | Lower - Strength Power Core & Mobility DAY 5 | Upper - Strength Power Core & Mobility
To Cancel Please do so within 1 Hour of your session. To SCHEDULE or RESCHEDULE please book 12 hours in advance notice. ALL TRAINING Sessions and RECOVERY Services MUST BE BOOKED prior to use. Strides is NOT responsible if you missed your booking. Repeated Cancellations without notification is subject to penalty based on discretion. Missed Bookings within the 12 hour time frame are subject to special permission via phone call or text and personal appointment with a Strides Coach.
